NICOLE A. WILLIAMS IS Running For Congress

Experienced. Progressive.

Ready to Lead Maryland’s 5th Congressional District.

Nicole A. Williams is running to represent Maryland’s 5th Congressional District because the fight for progress is not finished — and this moment demands experienced, effective leadership.

After forty years of representation by Congressman Steny Hoyer, this is a defining opportunity for our district and our state. The Democratic nominee from this deep-blue district will head to Congress, and we must ensure that nominee is prepared not just to win — but to lead.

The Fight for Progress Is Not Finished

Too many families feel stuck in a broken system where the cost of living continues to rise and fundamental rights are under threat.

Maryland’s 5th Congressional District is home to:

  • Over 80,000 federal workers

  • Countless military families

  • Vibrant and dynamic communities across Southern Maryland and Prince George’s County

They deserve a representative who understands both policy and politics — someone ready on day one to:

  • Lower costs for working families

  • Protect reproductive freedom

  • Defend democracy

  • Stand up to MAGA extremism

fighting for real people with real issues.

Service Has Always Been Personal

Nicole represents Maryland’s 22nd Legislative District in the House of Delegates.

In her day job as a real estate attorney, she fights for clients facing difficult housing issues and works to make communities stronger. In Annapolis, she fights for her constituents.

Nicole was raised in the DMV by her mother and grandparents. Her mother was a single mom, and her grandfather — a bricklayer with a sixth-grade education — taught her resilience, honesty, and the importance of standing up for what you believe.

She comes from a lower-middle-class background and understands what it means to work hard, save carefully, and stretch every dollar.
